I'm not always serious and adapt to the business setting. I offer a professional service and will always error on the side of being more conservative, but already work with a wide range of clients from law offices wearing suits to ranchers and mechanics where you might have to get a little dirty.
Offering services to a wide range of small businesses requires the ability to adapt to the business setting or culture. Your style of delivery for business services to one company is not going to work the same for a business in a different industry. Adapt your style of professional dress and conversation to the business setting or business culture you are in discussion with.
